ABOUT ME

PROFILE

I was 8 years old when I was introduced to track, and it wasn’t long before I developed a fondness and a passion for the sport. Now, track is a part of me. It’s something that allows me to showcase my abilities, and continually provides me with so many opportunities to develop my leadership skills, confidence, and camaraderie. My dream is to continue along this path, running for my future collegiate team, and one day competing in the Olympic Games.

In order to achieve my dreams, I know that I must continue to put in work daily and be ready to overcome the challenges that lie ahead. It isn’t only physical improvements I seek to make with multiple track & gym training sessions; academic excellence & mental strengthening make up a large part of the dreams I desire to live out, so I’m ensuring that I’m being diligent in maintaining & further developing myself in these areas as well, so I can be ready for anything that may come my way.

I am very fortunate to belong to a track & field club that is not just focused on improving my athletic skills, but developing me into a well-rounded athlete. With the vision of Coach Donna—Quest Sports Track & Field Club’s head coach, who saw my potential from the beginning—I look forward to working on becoming a better athlete and making my club proud.

MY GOALS

My goals in track & field are to have my hard work pay off in my post-secondary years as a competitive college athlete, and eventually as a national athlete in the Olympic Games. Track is a big part of my life, and I will work diligently to reach my goals in this area.
